Imagine that you are training others to work with people who are terminally ill or in grief. Advise your group about how to work most effectively with those populations.

I would advise my group to be maintain a good relationship with this set of population. I would recommend them to engage in discussions with them about their last days and how they have to make use of their last days as their death is near due to the terminal illness.

I would also tell the workers to tell them to accept their fate. Their family members should also be told to start getting used to their absence and not to have emotional trauma due to them having few days to live.
