Corporate Social Responsibility can help change the company's perspective in the community. Through social responsibilities, the corporation can show that it truly is interested in public issues that affect the community, or that it is concerned to take care of the environment.

Through social Responsibility, corporations can show a more human side of the business. These are the positives. Regarding the negatives, most companies are not truly concerned with helping the community, employees, or the environment. What they do is to merely have some actions just to try to stop mass media and public opinion criticism, but their actions are not sincere.
