Can observation be a good starting point the selection of a topic?

The starting point for any science is systematic observation. As we accumulate knowledge and propose explanations, the observations become more detailed, we look for things that we did not know to look for before, and we pay more attention to the conditions or context in which the observations occur.

here are five steps to a strong outline:

choose your topic and establish your purpose. a lot of writers struggle to define the initial focus for their paper.

create a list of main ideas. this is the brainstorming part of the writing process.

organize your main ideas.

flush out your main points.

review and adjust.
