Workplace environment The average adult now spends 50% to 70% of the day sitting at work. When working from home it is
important to ensure proper ergonomic setup. Poor ergonomics can lead to development of Work-
related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSD), which are one of the most common work-related health
issues.
How can we set up an effective ergonomic home office?

allow your forearms to rest comfortably in a horizontal position. An adjustable chair will
