What are the benefits and drawbacks of having one strong ruler over everyone?

Benefits:
• the ruler will have control of their country which will lead to an organised country.
• The country will experience less corruption as the people in the country would look up to and agree with the ruler.

Drawbacks:
• They might gain too much control and take advantage of that.
• The ruler might make wrong decisions and as they are strong, they might force people to abide by them rules.
