Explanation: Because doesn't the statement of opinion  go to our president? Who would be the next president if we didn't vote, because voting makes humans feel better about themselves they want to feel useful and they know that one of the contribution to whatever president was because of them. So yes, I think it would be very beneficial if everyone has a statement of a opinion because we aren't machines, we are humans who like to say what we want!!:)
