Hi. My whole class was given a homework of buying gifts for whosoever we are paired up with . I got paired up with a guy in which I share some of my classes with and hasn't really talked to me(I've been in the school for a year and some months ) until last week (before the homework was given) .

People he shares most of his classes with say he's justing being quiet to observe people's behaviour (to know who he wants to keep as friends).
I noticed he was kinda shy and he only had the chance to finally talk to me when his best friend said he likes me (so we've bee. kinda friends till now).

To cut the long story short , I got paired up with him and I don't know what to get him as a gift.
I don't wanna spend a lot (cuz I don't have a lot ) . I want to give something simple but not too simple and not to expensive.
I also want to give him something he can remember as the beginning of the friendship between us.

He is a cool ,nice , quiet guy(not too quiet) .
