Example of Indoctrination i. e. The Hitler encouraged their Youth and the population to read Mein Kampf i. e. Hitler's book. In the schools, Universities and science, all telling that the Germans were the "Master Race" from a very young age. Example of Use of Scapegoats i. e. Blaming the Jews, Gypsies and homosexuals for Germany's problems. Both Stalin in USSR and Hitler in Germany ruled solely over all their country which shows that they were true dictator.
