In the school where you are currently enrolled what is the prevailing organizational culture? What are some of the practices/ rituals that you observe?

The type of organizational culture could say that it was a combination of being relaxed and complying with all schedules.

Explanation: At the university where I did my last master's degree, I was able to appreciate that they had a culture of order, where everything was fulfilled to date. The administrative and technical staff were dressed casually (not like other universities where the staff is much more formal). There were many holidays and always when there was a holiday at the beginning or end of the week, it was extended. The relationships were professional, that is, there were no certain friendships with the teachers when they left the classroom
