In order for a society to thrive and develop, it need to pay attention to the balance of those three key aspects. There's nothing wrong with working to acquire wealth.

There are many occurrence where companies sacrifice both social and environmental factors in the society in order to do so. (Through workers' exploration or dumping waste to the environment that lead to its slow but increase rate of degradation). Following principals of sustainable development could prevent these things from happening.
