Should they go to jail, or is there an alternative program that would be better? Name specific roles and responsibilities of alternative programs in your answer. Should juveniles have the right to a trial by a jury of their peers? Why or why not? In your opinion, what is the most effective way to rehabilitate a juvenile offender? Explain.
