Imagine a typical day in your life. What did you do? Where did you go? What did you wear, see, eat, say, etc. 1. Create a list of all the tasks/activities you do within one day.

2. Then consider which activities are affected by the government in any way- mark them.

3. Next, circle any of those activities that you think you could go without on a daily basis. -What implications would you have for not completing those tasks?

Example: Brushing your teeth: Toothbrush and Toothpaste is FDA approved, Water is regulated by local government. Going without brushing your teeth can have negative effects on your health.

TURN IN: Write one to two paragraphs summarizing your findings (I do not need your list). Answer this questions: how does the government affect your life? What did you discover when removing some of those activities?
