R e a ffirm in g    th ese   ideas,,   th e  P re a m b le   o f  o u r   C o n s titu tio n   speak s  o f  fo u r  o b je c tiv e s, viz.,   ju stic e ,  eq u a lity , lib erty   a n d   fra te rn ity ,  a n d   ru les  o u t  an y   k in d   o f  d is c rim in a tio n   o n   th e   basis  o f  sex,  race  a n d   religion.^     E v ery   b ra n c h   o f   law    s h o u ld     aim    a t   th e    re a lisa tio n  o f    these   objectives.
