Look at Art. III compared to I and II. Art. III is significantly shorter; it says much less about the Judicial Branch than I and II say about the Legislative and Executive. What are the implications of this? Based on what we know about the three branches and about Checks and Balances, how does the Judicial Branch stand up in the balance of power between the branches?
