Tribalism is a lifestyle in which the population was gathered into a lot of small groups of people rather than one big society.

Even though it's true that it's exist in Africa, they're not necessarily considered as a problem. It's true that some tribes might engaged in conflict from time to time. But these conflicts are not particularly unique to Africa. Even developed countries experience a couple of conflicts between different social group.
