Explain the difference between public and private free speech.

So basically public free speech means you have the right to speak in public and stuff but private free speech means it’s on a private property or your only allowing certain people to hear you out. Public speech means you speak face to face to an audience and one speaker that is listened too. Private speech is when one speaks to themselves for self-guidance and communication point of view.
