One of the first things I'll do is to get in touch with the authorities serving the food and lay a complain about what's happening about the complains, then I'll also seek the permission of the school body to discuss with the parents and apologize to them all for the poor services. If after calling on the authorities responsible for food to sit up and they don't, I would write a letter to the district head or mayor of the town for the situation to be looked into and propose sanctions so it'll be taken serious.
