geographics would effect life in South  America in ways we probably cant imagine like they are know for their high mountains and rivers this may have effect to having water sources and nice views of the landscape there could be a lack in progress socially witch could cause them to be a little less advanced in producing mechanisms to restore the dropped bodies and disposal of waste so they use their only water source, their coastal plains may also cause them to need protection from a grave amount of wild animals and you could contemplate of the ways on that.
