What do you think schools should do to keep good teachers?

Well it varies, the school might be able to send out a survey asking students about the teachers and the things they do and teach (my school did this). They may also send out people to look at the classes and lessons (my school also did this). They would also make teachers use certain methods in there lessons so that all the teachers would be on the same pace and would be teaching the same material.
