Differentiate between ‘Sabha’ and ‘Ur’

Ur was a village assembly in which landowners were not brahmins. Sabha was a village assembly where all landowners were brahmins. They functioned through sub-committees which looked after roads , building markets , temples , etc. Nagaram was an organization of merchants.
