Why young people find the transition between school and university challenging? ​

1)some young people find it extra challenging when they take too long of a break from school only to have to start university because it means new information they have to learn whiles also having to remember all the things before that they learnt

2) for others its difficult because they haven't had a chance to relax yet from school to university which means late nights early mornings from what they are accustomed to
