A company wants to create a new Geography Lab headquarters in the state so they can further research the diversity in Georgia’s 5 regions. The General Assembly has to rule on whether to allow the company to do so. However, this legislation is not normal and does not fall under any of the 62 standing committees. What type of committee might they use and why?
