that this is the "smarter" class, and since people like to think women aren't smart there aren't alot of them in it??

it indicates that there is yet a lot to bring the women and small girls up !...girls have to be encouraged and even their family members and specially their parents have to be made aware about the importance of education..!!...

we need to take more measures and work more on an individual level to change this perception!!..
