A constructive relationship always accompanied with open dialogue to express the true feeling or authentic thought with each other. The communication results in mutual understandings and toleration to all parties. Everybody will feel being cared or concerned.

In a destructive relationship, however, some parties might be hindered from giving their thoughts or they might be hurt or insulted for sharing their thought or view.  The destructive relationship can always result in distortion of personalities in a victim. The victim will felt being neglected or disrespected and become emotional insecure.
