Alexis's behavior is characterized by waning interest in social activities. She has slowly been becoming more remote in her interactions with the world. She just can't seem to keep up with her daily responsibilities. She can't even find the time to bathe or change her clothes regularly. At times she rambles off incoherently when talking to her friends. Her behavior is typical of someone in the phase of schizophrenia.
