Why did washington refuse to france or britain?

a. britain had failed to transfer posts on american soil
b. the french ambassadors behavior was extremely offensive
c. the french west indies were not threatened
d. the american public did not want war
e. protecting america was primary concern

the american people didnt want war and they thought it would be a bad idea to intervine sense they were still trying to build there nation.

i disagree that there is little difference between adult female development and adult male development. sociological studies comparing female and male pathways to adulthood, revelead that there are sustancial differences between them. particularly, female and male differ from timing of marriage, when they began to live with children and the likelihood of combining wife/husband and parent roles.
