I think it would be the following:

·         Seeking support from the church clergies

·         The spiritual connection between God and his people

·         Religious direction and forgiveness.

 I think these religious coping can help people in my area to convert and find peace from their past. I think people who are often depressed usually ask for guidance and comfort from those around them.
