In the world as a whole, about what share of children reach the secondary grades in school?

In the world as a whole, only about 50% of children reach the secondary grades in school.
This number is caused by the amount of children who do not receive any form of education in poor countries such as those in Africa.
A lot of them do not even have enough water sustain their living, let alone thinking about getting an education.
