Chris argyris’ beliefs, as presented in his book personality and organization,are in disagreement with: the management practices found in traditional organizations

In traditional organizations, people that are in higer level of the organization can settle disagreement and must be obeyed by those in lower level at all cost.
Chris argue that, it would be a lot better if the high level people also introspected themselves and tried to understand the position of those in lower level.
