What a public speaker says or how he or she says it is referred to as the Message.

Message is the most important element of communication. We cannot communicate without "message".  In Public Speaking and Speech Communication, the message is our speech. And as a speaker, it is important to deliver the message behind our "message" by crafting our speech to make our audience feel and understand what is our point, goal, and emotion.
