It is the higher-level of needs. 

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a motivational hypothesis in brain research that contends that while individuals mean to address fundamental issues, they try to meet progressively higher needs as a pyramid. 
The following are the levels: 
Self-actualization – incorporates ethical quality, inventiveness, critical thinking, and so forth. 

Esteem – incorporates certainty, confidence, accomplishment, regard, and so on. 

Belongingness – incorporates love, fellowship, closeness, family, and so on. 
Safety  – incorporates security of condition, business, assets, well-being, property, and so forth. 
Physiological – incorporates air, nourishment, water, sex, rest, different variables towards homeostasis, and so forth.
