children to overachieve and not understand what the appropriate way is to
acknowledge the child's behavior while being understand of the child and how to give
the child consequence for their mistaken behavior and how the child can learn from
those consequences and be able to express their feelings without being afraid or
uncomfortable. There are also complications with the principle 4 because the parents
don't understand why the educator is encouraging to students instead of using the
traditional discipline on the children for their actions because that's what the educators
did to them if they displayed mistaken behavior. It's important that the educator
explains why they are using positive enforcement for the child's mistaken behavior.
