What is your attitude towards teaching young children? Please help me

Young childrens are good at grabbing things from their surroundings and environment. If you'll put them with a group of abusive people somehow they'll also start abusing in very little age, But if you will put them in a good environment with good people so they'll also get modified like them.

According to my thinking,young chidren should be taught to behave in a proper way.Because behaving in a proper way helps them in their life later.
