Racial hatred and attacks seem to be commonplace. What is its growing soil and whether it has any connection with American institutions, culture and values? This is what deserves serious reflection and correction. Sending a few more police officers will only treat the symptoms, not the root cause, and will not be of much use to solve the problem.
