Why people is soo greedy?

I don't know why people are greedy, these like people just want to take and take and take, they have no limits for resources, they never say, stop now I have much for me as I needed , they never think of someone so they are selfish also

really, I hate greedy people

They truly believe that they deserve more, even if it comes at someone else's expense. Greedy people are experts in manipulation.

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
