You went to an interview to apply for a position as a director working at a very reputable daycare that is attached to a law firm. In this daycare, it is usually very hectic as many of the children are dropped off when the daycare opens and are picked up at closing hour. The high volume of children is due to the long hours the parents work and many of the parents are typically couples working for this same law firm. One of the interview questions is for you to explain some of the suggestions you would offer to help solve the challenges of observation your staff will most likely be faced with.
