It is reported that the local police arrived at the scene of the incident at about 4:30 p. m. local time after receiving the alarm call of the dispute. The family of the deceased revealed that Bryant called the police for help because a group of girls were fighting outside his house. Bryant was shot by the police and taken to the hospital before being declared dead.
