Why might some health messages delivered through advertising in the media be misleading?

Because in truth,  products advertised or  branded by media as 'healthy' have secret ingredients that manufacturers do not want consumers to know about. So somehow, it misleads. Customers who buy online will then know about them only when they received the physical products.
