Three major components that psychologists focus on when defining "emotion"

The three major components are 
1. physiological changes in face, brain, and body
2. cognitive processes such as interpretations of events
3. cultural influences that shape the experience and expression of emotion
All of these three factors will influence the basic thinking process that people had on daily practice, which led to the formation of value/point of view that eventually determine how they feel under certain circumtances
