Taste is a sense that depends on chemicals dissolved in the air, and other substances, to comprehend what is around us. Once our sense of taste captures a chemical presence it will rely information to the brain, who will form a response accordingly.

An example of how taste works is when we take oral medication. When the components dissolve on our tongue, our nerve endinds fire information towards the brain letting it know that the taste is not good, and responses will come along.
