1.) someone who has a green card to be qualified a permanent citizen
2.) a person living in the u.s thats not illegal of course...
3.)Take the naturalization test and the literacy test and some other stuff.
4.) be Literate, Not have a huge crime record in previous country
5.) Located in the bill of rights
6.) do the right thing you know basic common sense stuff
7.) watch the news, know the facts... stuff like that
8.) idk dude up to you ^-^
9.) stay out of crime.. ya know pretty much that
10.) sports, volunteer work, church stuff...
