What can be done to limit the power of the rich and the poor

To help the poor 
1) Break down the social barriers between the rich and the poor
2) Give money to the poor
3) Improve public schools 
To limit the power of the rich
1) Make sure they know their limits
2) Raise awareness amongst them to help others in need
