When children develop theory-of-mind (tom), they can recognize that

The theory of mind allows a person (in this case, a child) to understand that they are not the only one who can have a viewpoint on the world. They can now see that others have views, beliefs, and outlooks that might differ from their own and can find ways to square this point-of-view with their own outlook on the world.

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
