Is black lives matter a racist organization

i could understand what they mean by black lives matter, meaning there sick and tired of these killing. for the pass 2 years there were black people who got killed for no reason. so i think that is the reason of this organization black lives matter.

But to say out of all that everyones lives matter.

So to me i dont think black lives matter is a racist organization. And this is just my point of veiw.i help this doesn't insult anyone
