Renters or tenants have to sign or verbally enter into a lease agreement with the landlord. This will outline the arrangement made between them. However, not all these agreements are valid. An invalid lease can make big problems for both parties. Likewise, it can limit or hinder either party from filing a claim against the other in the court. For security, both parties should ensure that the lease agreement will hold up in court before signing.
