What document and principles were influenced by the enlightenment philosophers?

The Enlightment idea that reason trumped tradition is what pervaded the entire process of the writing of the Constitution. But the ProtestantEstablishment of the time viewed the enlightenment as anti religious. Historian Daniel Boorstin had significant influence when he wrote that the American Revolution was not due to a pervading influence of the Enlightment.
