How were the governments of italy, germany, soviet union similar at the beginning of wwii?

All  of this Governments are Totalitarian in nature.
Totalitarian government refers to the type of Government which centralized all of its power to one single leader.
In this form of Government, there is no such thing as individual freedom and all citizens are required to obeyed the Government completely.
