I believe cody is  a legal positivist.
 a legal positivist refers to the group of people who view law  as something that always promote positive norms.
This view often contradicts the facts in society because there was a time in united states when Racial segregation is guaranteed in the Law during (Jim Crow laws)

It could be anything, recent improvements in technology/telecommunication/internet have increased the pace of globalization.generally, it has something to do with technology. globalization means that people around the world are brought together through technology which speeds things up. so maybe some of those options could be correct. : )
