Risk acceptance refers to acknowledging that there are always risk/danger that exist in driving, and acknowledge that we need to make appropriate decisions in order to prevent that danger from happening.

Idisagree because it would have harmed our whole society. starting from the madness of the civilians to the mass destruction of towns.
