Cultural landscape refers to Geographic features that created/modified by humans. (such as buildings, bridges, etc)
The existence of cultural landscape could really indicates a difference between wealthy and poor neighborhood.
For example, we can 100% say for sure that the existence of Grand apartment or malls as an indicator of a wealthy neighborhood.
